The natural 'grey sedge', cultivated for generations by farmers in rural Vietnam, has lost a lot of ground in recent decades. But that is a thing of the past! Thanks to farmers, local entrepreneurs and with the support of the Vietnamese government and ngo's, more sedge is being planted again.
